With the so level of literacy in NPP,I never thought there could be an MP who could not even read a script. If PHDS are a measure of performance.then Prof.Mills should have been the best president in the history of Ghana.

The three pillars are long overdue and if implemented will be good for the country. It will make tracing every registered individual very easy for granting credit, collections and growth just like any developed country.
