Airtel steps up its customer experience

The exquisitely designed shop engineered and upholstered to provide customers with the finest service encounter environment and a truly delightful experience was officially opened at an exclusive cocktail event held at the Achimota Mall and was attended by Premier customers, celebrities and journalist.

Patrons were introduced to the whole new world of experience that Airtel Premier as well as the opportunity to own Premier Packs which offers an exclusively delightful combination of voice and data packs for Premier customers to enrich their experience on the Airtel network as well as an automatic enrolment onto Airtel Rewardz – the biggest and most rewarding loyalty package for customers – enabling them to earn points anytime they use their phones.
