under the current procurement law there is an aspect that talks about this section 60 Margin of preference. Local industries haven't taken government on to applying this in the old law what difference will the amendment bring about. our local industries should rather employ students who have study procurement management and has the skills. then just employing accounts or marketers as procurement officers in their various companies. Takoradi Polytechnic is one institution which has taken their students both at HND and B-TECH PROCUREMENT in the procurement law.
