How is it possible that Nigeria an oil producing nation is experiencing fuel shotages while other neighboring countries with no oil production or processing capacity have no shortage. Some is fishy here.I think this was a way to slow the Nigerian economy which has exploded in the past few years inspite of their security problems and rampant corruption.
