MTN Wins Top Award

Mobile Telecommunication Network (MTN) has received a special award (Investors in People Accreditation) from a high profile UK-based organization, Investors in People Organization.
"MTN Ghana considers Investors in People Award a reflection of the effective cooperation and collaboration that exists among staff in all divisions of the company and an affirmation of the company's core values of leadership, integrity, relationship, innovation and Can-Do," a statement from the Human Resource unit said.
"MTN reaffirms its commitment to the values that have sustained it as the leading telecommunications company in Ghana and rededicates itself to its mission to make our customers' lives a whole lot brighter and thereby contribute to the socioeconomic growth and development of Ghana," it added.
The award is in recognition of companies that practice the highest standards of people management in accordance with internationally recognized procedures.
