Nowadays businesses and government organisations have stopped demanding Secondary School Certificate or Basic Education Certificate.
Each of these certificates are important. For example for many tertiary graduates the only certificate that can tell whether one can speak good English or whether one has adequate knowledge of Mathematics is the Secondary School Certificate.
Similarly the only certificate that can tell whether a tertiary graduate has basic knowledge of Ghanaian history, culture, agriculture and the basic geography of West Africa is the Basic Education Certificate.

How on earth could the parliament discuss this in public. a layman knows the parliament is Ghana i.e.the Constitution to a nation as Bible to Christianity and Koran to Islam. How come GNPC is outside in Ghana but in Ghana. You are not sent there to joke. The opposition should have news conference to educate the electorate..hence you would be held accountable to reckless handling of the country's natural resouces against posterity.

Who really value these projects? the cost are always through the roof, burdening our children with huge debt from generation to generation and to benefit of foreign corporations. We have a long way to go, indeed!

All those supporting $8 billion ratification of the oil project are all sick in their head. There was no information given as to who and who partner the $8 billion ratification projects and their share of the cost of $8 billion or the $8 billion oil ratification project is solely own by Ghana. This $8 billion oil ratification project is a well plan calculated scam to dupe Ghanaian tax payers as they did during late Mills presidency when we were told that the burge need $1 million to float which will last for 30 days without those who own 90% share of the oil paying any of the $1 million to keep the floating. The question we need Parliament to answer is that they should tell us if the oil ratification project is solely Ghana without foreign partner.Folks the president and his NDC parliamentarians are all thiefs.
