New board for COCOBOD

Ghana’s former Ambassador to the United States, Daniel Ohene Agyekum, has been appointed board chairman of COCOBOD.

The former Ashanti regional Minister and nine others constitute the new board.

The others include Central Bank Governor Dr Henry Wampah; Deputy Finance Minister Cassiel Ato Forson, Deputy Trade Minister Nii Lantey Vanderpuije; Cocobod CEO Dr Stephen Kwabena Opuni and Charles T.K. Dodoo.

The others are Afriyie Hafar, Alhaji Alhassan Bukari and the 2005 Brong Ahafo Regional Chief Cocoa Farmer Nana Adjei Damoah.
