The Africa Cocoa Finance & Investment Forum (ACFIF) 2026 is scheduled to take place on October 26, 2026, at 48 Wall Street Events Centre in New York, United States.

The forum will bring together investors, financial institutions, policymakers, cocoa industry leaders, development partners and entrepreneurs to discuss investment and financing opportunities in Africa’s cocoa sector.

The event is expected to focus on connecting the continent’s cocoa industry with international capital, strategic business partners and opportunities in the US market.

ACFIF 2026 follows the inaugural edition held at the London Stock Exchange in May 2026. The London event featured former Ghanaian President John Agyekum Kufuor and International Cocoa Organization (ICCO) Executive Director Michel Arrion.

According to the organisers, the New York edition will focus on investment opportunities across Africa’s cocoa value chain, including cocoa processing, manufacturing, commercial farming, logistics, trade, sustainability, agricultural technology and downstream industries.

The programme will feature four panel discussions covering investment financing for cocoa transformation, price-risk management, investment opportunities across the cocoa value chain and access to the US market for African cocoa and value-added products.

Participants will include representatives of banks, development finance institutions, investment firms, commodity and risk management companies, cocoa businesses and project sponsors.

The forum will also include networking sessions and discussions with industry leaders.

On October 27, selected delegates will visit the Port of Philadelphia to learn about cocoa importation, warehousing, distribution and supply chain operations in the US. Dependable Distribution Services Inc. is supporting the visit.

Participation in the forum is free for approved delegates, with support from sponsors including Sunbeth Global Concepts, StoneX Group Inc., Macquarie Group, Three Mountains Cocoa, CRA & Veriground LLC, JSG Commodities and 48 Wall Street Events.

ACFIF is convened by Cocoa Trade & Invest Africa, the Institute for Cacao & Chocolate Research and Anchora Advisory.

Its strategic partners include the Côte d’Ivoire–Ghana Cocoa Initiative, International Cocoa Diplomacy, Chocoa, Pan African Visions and the World Business Angels Forum.

Investors, financial institutions, cocoa exporters, processors, manufacturers, traders, logistics companies, technology firms and other industry stakeholders have been invited to apply to attend.

The organisers said participation is subject to approval by the ACFIF Secretariat, with places limited.
