This is a very good news from President Mahama. TOR was set up during Osagyefo Dr Nkrumah's time to do exactly this. I am just waiting to hear that Ghana's own crude oil has been refined to petroleum products. Having said this is believe there should be National Development Program which would compel every future government whether CPP, NDC,NPP , NAL etc to follow. Dr. Nkrumah's CPP had a 7year Development program which it was following. I don't think it is too late to follow that direction. I still believe that the country's problem is the fact there is too much politicking. I can't imagine that after many years of political independence people from opposing political parties tend to be enemies except during funeral occasions. God bless.
