Hutchison agrees sale of Kasapa Telecom
Hutchison Telecommunications International (HTIL) indicates that preparations were made in January 2008 to sell HTIL’s 100% stake in Ghana based Kasapa Telecom, but that any agreement is pending regulatory approval.
