Ahomka-Lindsay is new Chief Executive of GIPC

Accra, Jan. 23, GNA - President John Agyekum Kufuor has on the advice of the Ghana Investments Promotion Centre (GIPC) and in consultation with the Public Services Commission, appointed Mr Robert Ahomka-Lindsay as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the GIPC.

A press release signed by Mr Andrew Awuni, Press Secretary to the President, in Accra on Tuesday said this was in accordance with section 71 of the GIPC Act 478 of 1994.

Mr Ahomka-Lindsay until his appointment was the Vice President of Coca Cola, Africa Group.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Sussex, UK, and a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Chicago with specialization in Finance, Organizational Management and Change Management.
