Vodafone launches "Power to You" campaign

Accra, Sept. 6, GNA - The management of Vodafone has launched "Power to You" campaign, which marks a new chapter for the company in Ghana as it works more proactively in bringing more products and services to the Ghanaian market.

A statement signed in Accra by Ms Victoria Osafo, Media Relations Officer of Vodafone on Monday, said it was responding to customers and business' requirements to enable them to achieve more. Mr Kyle Whitehill, Chief Executive Officer of Vodafone Ghana, said "Power to You" is a promise to customers for them to make the most out of life's opportunities.

The statement said one of the key milestones was to position Vodafone as a contemporary, cutting edge brand that connects with, and understands the needs and potential of consumers. To prepare for this change, it said, management has for the last eight months adopted a successful customer - centric internal strategy focused on embedding "The Vodafone way" culture of being customer obsessed innovators by working with "Speed, Simplicity and Trust." Mr Uche Ofodile, Head of Strategy, Brand and Communications, said "We want our customers to have a deep rooted belief dependable, credible and value driven telecommunication operator in Ghana. "In the last year and-a-half "It's your time" has been one of the most popular marketing taglines, and, Vodafone Ghana is confident that "Power to You" would continue setting the pace of this burgeoning brand," he added.
