Vodafone introduces new voice plans on fixed network

CIMG Telecoms Company of the Year, Vodafone Ghana has introduced new calling packages on their landline service to ensure customers get value for money.

Customers, who sign up to the new calling plans, will get amazing offers for both local and international calls.

Categorized into four groups, customers have the option of choosing affordable call plans ranging from GH¢5.00 to GH¢50.00.

This helps customers to know the exact amount they are spending and what they are getting in return.

For instance for Call Plan 2, customers pay GH¢10.00 and get 150 minutes to call any Vodafone number, 15 minutes on other local networks and 60 minutes for international calls to US, Canada and UK.

Explaining the rationale behind the packages, the Head of Consumer Mobile and Customer Value Management at Vodafone Ghana, Tara Squire said, “By offering more segmented call plans, we are able to meet the individual needs of our customers and also provide affordable service for everybody. It is a simple and easy process which requires dialing 1080 from any Vodafone prepaid landline and following the voice prompt.”
