Toyota Ghana opens new vehicle delivery centre in Accra

Accra, Sept, 15, GNA - Toyota Company Ghana Limited has opened a new Vehicle Delivery Centre for its customers at the Accra Industrial Area, to provide more convenience space and access for vehicle owners. The facility comprises two staff office and four delivery bay. Mr Takahiko Takabayashi, who was speaking at the opening of the Centre on Wednesday, said the company was committed to customer satisfaction, henc= e the creation of the facility.

He said the service would ensure that customers received their vehicle= s in the most comfortable, privacy, exciting and convenient way. He said in the past customers had to receive their new vehicles in front of the headquarters showroom due to space limitation. "Sometimes, customers had to wait for a while before receiving their new vehicles, this was due to the delivery challenges we had," he added. He noted that at the new facility, management would be able to get a vehicle ready and make all needed preparations before the customer arrives at the premises.

Mr Takabayashi explained that the process would afford the company the opportunity to conduct properly vehicle sales and delivery surveys. He said it would also enable the corporate entity to monitor and improve upon the car buying processes from the customers' perspective. "One strategic success factor with the introduction of this new delivery Centre is that, it affords us the opportunity to delight each customer with the deserving attention," he said. Mr Eric Darko, General Manager, Toyota Ghana limited, said the Centre was aimed at meeting the expanding demands of its customers. He called for the efficient management of the delivery process from th= e beginning to the end with utmost care and safety.
