<b>The rulling by the Judge</b>: This cause coming to be held heard on the court’s calendar on the motion of His Excellency, Jerry John Rawlings to quash the subpoena by defendant to compel him to appear as a witness in the subject cause of action, counsel for the defendant and counsel for His Excellency having filed legal briefs regarding the motion to quash; counsel for the respective party and counsel for His Excellency being present in open court:

IT HEREBY FOUND AND ORDERED AS follows:

1. Defendant hereby withdraws the subject subpoena and it accordingly is of no legal effect in this proceedings.

2. Trial against Victoria Boateng is set for 12/19/06 at 1.30 pm.
