Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce Visits Ghana

The British High Commission is pleased to announce the visit of the Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce & Industry (TVCCI) from 14 - 19 November.

Mr Jim Rolstone is leading the mission, following two previous successfulvisits to Ghana in the last two years. On this occasion TVCCI are pleased to be bringing a selection of 17 companies on an official British Trade Mission. The mission members will be staying at the Labadi Beach Hotel and will be offering a range of high-tech products, services and solutions to Ghanaian companies. During earlier visits TVCCI have made many friends and contacts in Ghana and they were pleased to host a group from theGhana-British Chamber of Commerce & Industry on their recent visit to the UK.

Sectors represented in the Mission include: Aeronautical engineeringtraining; Industrial dust control equipment; Procurement consultancy; Concrete block making equipment; Food and drink flavourings; Medicalequipment supply; Car care products; Steel Buildings and steel supplies; Lightning protection; Specialised vehicle supply; Building and domesticelectrical supplies; and Power Transmission supplies.

Speaking about the impending visit Mr Rolstone said: "Our mission members are looking forward to making contactswithin the new Government and while we appreciate the financial difficultiesthat Ghana is currently going through we are looking to the future and a continuation of the excellent relationship UK industry has with Ghana."

The mission has been organised by Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce &Industry and is jointly funded by Trade Partners UK the British Government's Export Promotion body.
