StarTimes launches Eye Free Decoder promotion

Africa’s leading digital-TV operator, StarTimes has officially launched the Eye Free Decoder promotion aimed at offering customers the opportunity to enjoy the upcoming live matches of the U20 World Cup as well as the International Champions Cup (ICP) tournament.

The promotion is also to enable subscribers enjoy shows like Grey’s Anatomy, Empire, Scandal, Desperate Housewives and a wide range of children’s programs to keep young viewers entertained during long vacation.

At a press briefing in Accra, Friday, Akofa Djankui, Head of Marketing for StarTimes said one could be on board by paying for two months subscription to enjoy the offer which runs till end of July.

It owns a featured content platform, with over 440 authorised channels consisting of news, movies, series, sports, entertainment, children’s programs, fashion, religion, etc.

StarTimes runs a satellite pay TV service that works with a satellite dish and a decoder. It offers more content at an affordable cost when compared to other pay-TV services. The StarTime decoder is also a Combo which allows one to watch both satellite and terrestrial without changing cables.
