Smsgh to extend services to two other countries.

Ghana's leading mobile and internet value added service providers in the country is preparing to extend it operations to the Nigeria and Kenya.

At a rebranding event dubbed 'rethink' held at the M plaza hotel in Accra, the Chief Marketing Manager of smsgh, David Coleman revealed that the company has out expanded the needs of the Ghanaian internet value addition space hence the need to rebrand and broaden operations.

Mr. Coleman also added that the company is rebranding it operation and will soon start commercial operations in Nigeria and Kenya.

‘We have forgotten to the point where we want to rebrand our operations and enhance our services to our clients. The name smsgh limits us to Ghana, so the rebranding package includes changing the name.’

A celebrated technology innovator and owner of the Corenett Ghana, Micheal Amankwah, who was guest speaker at the rethink event urged entrepreneurs and Business owners stop a point of their business lives and reflect on how their can diversified their business and improve customer satisfaction.

SMSGH’s most popular products currently are MYtxtBOX, Jumpfon and MPower Payments. MYtxtBOX is a bulk SMS service that enables mainly small businesses to engage with their clients by creating a customized short code through which bulk messages are sent out to clients and prospective clients.

MYtxtBOX is about the biggest app at SMSGH in terms of usage, as several small businesses and even event organizers have created customized short codes with their company name, through which they reach out to their customers.
