SEC has not received prospectus from Hearts of Oak

Accra, May 10, GNA - The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Monday said it had not received nor approved any offer document (prospectus) for the proposed floatation of Accra Hearts of Oak Sporting Club.

In a statement, the Commission said, it had come to its notice that the Club proposed to raise funds through an initial Public Offering and advised the public that the regulatory approval should be sought from the SEC before public announcements were made. 10 May 10
