ACCRA, Ghana--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 29, 2000--The following executive director of the Company was granted options on 28 August 2000 to acquire ordinary shares of the Company at an exercise price of US$2.55 per share which results in the total number of shares over which he holds options as shown below:
