“Dr. Kofi has been a very good gem. And for those of us who have been in the maritime industry, it has been lovely working with you and I say congratulations, well done. Whatever is going to be done in the industry whether in law or physical assets, not only in Ghana Shippers’ Authority but the entire maritime industry in Ghana, I believe your name will remain solid. Congratulations to you and your family”, Richard Anamoo said.

So as a maritime lawyer and navy officer, I request that beyond celebrating Dr. Mbiah’s footprints, we are actually celebrating his sea waves, we are celebrating his sea prints, something that very few people can always have,” Dr Kamal Deen declared.
