The Deputy Minister for Finance, Thomas Nyarko Ampem, has inaugurated the new Board of Directors of SIC Financial Services Limited.

Speaking at the swearing-in ceremony, the Deputy Minister noted that the inauguration comes at a crucial time as Ghana’s financial sector continues to recover from recent turbulence.

He urged the board to restore public trust and confidence in the institution while positioning SIC Financial Services as a competitive player in the industry.

SIC leads equity market on the GSE with a 122% Year-to-Date gain

Board Chairman Jonathan Mawuli Dzaisu assured stakeholders that the new board would work diligently to promote the growth and development of the company.

The new board is expected to play a pivotal role in strengthening the institution’s operations and enhancing investor confidence in Ghana’s financial services sector.

The newly inaugurated SIC Financial Services Ltd. Board comprises:
