New Head Of Onetouch

Ghana Telecom announces with pleasure the appointment of Mr John Benjamin Annorh-Quarshie as the Head of GT ONEtouch.

Until his new appointment, Mr Annoh-Quarshie was the General Manager/Sales and Distribution of GT ONEtouch.

Mr Annoh-Quarshie is an industry professional having served in various roles in the telecommunications business since joining the defunct P&T Corporation in 1990.

When the fledgling ONEtouch wanted to strengthen sales and marketing in 2001, Mr Annoh-Quarshie was the person who was tapped to assume the position of General Manager/Marketing. He was instrumental in the phenomenal growth of GT ONEtouch from being the infant among mobile phone operators to the mature business it is today with 1.6 million subscribers.

He is a product of Mfanstiman School, Cape Coast. He holds a B.A. degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, a Post-Graduate Certificate in Public Administration and an Executive MBA from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration. He also holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, U.K. Mr Annoh-Quarshie is married to Dr. Sylvia Deganus, an Obstetrician/Gynaecologist at the Tema General Hospital.
