New Chief Director For Finance Ministry

Mr. Paul Ofori Agyiri has been appointed as the Acting Chief Director for the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning, a letter from the Office of the President has said.

Mr. Agyiri’s appointment took effect from June 16. Mr. Agyiri who is a lawyer by profession and a member of the Ghana Bar Association, is currently the General Manager, Legal Service and Solicitor of the Agricultural Development Bank.

He has held other top level management positions in Ghana and elsewhere. His profession track record include Deputy Registrar/Director Legal Services, West Africa Examination Council, Managing Council Maxwell and Maxwell Law Offices, Monrovia, Liberia and State Attorney at the Attorney General’s Department.

Mr. Ofori-Agyiri holds BL and LLB from the Ghana School of Law.
