GN Life and GN Bank, entities of Groupe Nduom (GN), have re-launched a “Mobi Bancasurrance Partnership.”

The partnership requires GN mobile bankers to market GN Life products so as to provide both banking and insurance opportunities for their customers.

The brief, but colourful ceremony was held yesterday in Accra at the plush Coconut Grove Regency Hotel.

Launching the product, President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Groupe Nduom, Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom, urged the Mobile Bankers to be good ambassadors of the group.

“Lives of mobile bankers matter the most and as ambassadors and part of the family as you sell our products, you also create more wealth through salaries and commissions,” he said.

General Manager of GN Life, Mr Fiifi Sampson, described the partnership with GN Bank as “a win- win situation.”

“We are creating a one-stop-shop for customers in terms of banking and insurance and investment, with over 1,200 mobile bankers, our services (insurance) will be sold to cater for the needs of the society and mobile bankers have the opportunity to earn a commission in addition to their salaries,” he stressed.

He explained that through the partnership, insurance and banking will be made easier, even for the market woman.

Mr. Simpson announced that plans were far-advanced for another partnership to incorporate Gold Coast Management Fund.

The event was also used to promote the use of GN Mobile Money service which offers a bank account to users of mobile phones (smart and feature) using their SIM numbers and allows easy and safe management of cash in real time.

GN Life is an insurance company, aiming at offering financial security to customers through customised life assurance solutions.
