Lufthansa Requests For More Flights To Ghana

The German National Airline, Lufthansa has requested for an increase in the number of its flights to Ghana from four to seven. German Ambassador, Dr. H Loeschner has paid a courtesy call on Roads and Transport Minister, Richard Anane to facilitate the request. Dr Anane said the request was due to the increase in trade between Ghana and Germany.

He noted that many Ghanaians are living in different parts of Germany and that it has become necessary for Ghana Airways to fly to other airports in Germany.

Dr. Loeschner said the good co-operation between the two countries should continue, since Germany and Ghana needed each other.
