Let Ivet System handle your electronic registration at seminars and conferences

At the third Ghana Beverage Awards held at the Kempinski Gold Coast City Hotel in Accra on Friday, March 22, invited guests had to key in their names, email, designation as well as organisation they were representing on an electronic monitor before having access to the hall. Having punched in the details, a sticker was generated bearing the details and then affixed on one’s attire.

The company managing the electronic monitors and system is Ivet System, a subsidiary holding of WEBAD Company Limited, a 3rd generation software development company integrating traditional media content and online technology in one go.

Head of Sales at Ivet System, Samuel Harvey noted entering into a 5G world requires that certain activities or undertakings be done electronically or digitally to be efficient and avoid waste or leaks. To that end he said more corporate entities, government agencies and SMEs and other enterprises are coming to them to have their digital registration needs met as well as put in a system to track entry and exit of staff as well as guests to office promises.

“Ivet System has been around for three years and we have about 170 clients,” Mr. Harvey submitted adding “we have Basic, Basic Plus and Premium packages clients can choose from. The banks opt for the Premium System while the Small to Medium Enterprises settle on the Basic Plus.”

He said the software was locally operated although the hardware came from the US further urging organisations to engage them to help them know the calibre of people who attend their workshops, seminars as well as visit their work place.
