Day three of the 3i Africa Summit 2026 is underway in Accra, with the Bank of Ghana in collaboration with Ghana Interbank Payment and Settlement Systems hosting the continental gathering at the Destiny Arena.

The summit comes at a pivotal moment as Ghana partners with countries including Rwanda and Zambia to implement and test systems designed to facilitate seamless cross-border digital transactions.

Recognised as one of Africa’s leading digital finance gatherings, the summit brings together fintech innovators, policymakers, regulators, and institutional investors to shape the future of digital finance on the continent.

The 2026 edition, being held from May 6 to May 8, is themed: “The Next Frontier: Shaping Africa’s Integrated FinTech Future.”
