The Ghana National Gas Company Limited (GNGC) was incorporated as a limited liability company
and registered in the Republic of Ghana under the Ghana Companies Code 1963, in July 2011. The
vision of the company is to become a fully integrated gas business firm with strong reputation as a
trusted partner and reliable supplier of natural gas resources in the country.
The company has the responsibility to build, own and operate infrastructure required for the
gathering, processing, transporting and marketing of natural gas resources in the country.

The company intends to achieve its vision by engaging qualified, experienced and extremely
