Japan Motors relishes Foton quality to compliment its Nissan line-up

Managing Director of Japan Motors Trading Company Ltd (JMTC), Mr. has established that in looking for a truck of high standard and quality to compliment its Nissan line up the company had to settle on Foton, a leading Chinese truck manufacturer.

Mr. Kalmoni recounted that for several decades Japan Motors was marketing Nissan-Diesel trucks (UD) from Japan until Volvo Trucks bought it over.

Volvo, then decided to concentrate the UD brand to Japan and Asia, and in 2013 terminated its relationship with Ghana and other countries. Japan Motors was on the look-out for a robust and dependable truck to fill the void.
