Inflation rose for the fourth month running to record a rate of 10.9 per cent in May.
This is against 10.6 per cent recorded in April and the highest since June 2010.
The average monthly change in prices of goods and services was 2.2 per cent.
According to figures from the Ghana Statistical Service, food inflation was six percent, 0.4 percent lower than that of April while non-food inflation was 13.7 percent, up from 13 per cent in April.
