The Ghana Statistical Service (GSS) in a statement has said that the average movement of prices of goods and services over a 12-month period measured as inflation declined to 7.6 percent.
The inflation for the month of September also recorded a 0.2 percent decrease from the 7.8 percent earlier recorded in August.
The announcement by the Ghana Statistical Service means that within the last 12 months, the rate of increase in prices of good and services slowed to 7.6 percent, compared to the figure recorded last month.
