Imax Media Group appoints Fadi Fattal as Group Director

IMAX Media Group (IMG)* President and CEO Mr. Maxwell Techie, has appointed Mr. Fadi Fattal as Group Director, responsible for Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Events and Promotions.

Over the Years, IMAX Media Group has grown into becoming a leading electronic media brand in Ghana, having under its wings the number one terrestrial sports network MAX TV, a local (Twi) language entertainment channel ADEPA TV which is currently on the StarTimes platform, Accra and Takoradi based MAX FM operations. An equally important member of the IMAX Media Group is StarTimes, the Chinese pay satellite television service which runs an 'Over The Top' (OTT) Mobile Live TV App streaming platform with over 3 million subscriber base.

IMAX Media Group acquired the exclusive rights for the 2019/2020 seasons 'Free To Air' English Premier League (EPL) games in Ghana, other European and international friendlies and major European football leagues.

In partnership with StarTimes, IMG is managing the production of the Ghana Premier League and FA Cup, leveraging a state-of-the-art Digital Outside Broadcast Van (DOBV) which output is currently delighting Ghanaians on both terrestrial and satellite platforms worldwide.

In his role Mr. Fadi Fattal will have overall responsibility for IMG's business development, sales, marketing, events, promotion and communications, including supporting the Group CEO and other Senior Executives in achieving the overall goal and profitability.
