Heritage bank to build globally competitive business in Ghana

Deputy Managing Director of Heritage Bank Limited, Mr Peter Sangber-Dery, has reiterated the Bank’s vision to build a globally competitive business in Ghana. In line with this audacious target, the bank has taken stringent measures to ensure that it adheres to the highest standards of corporate governance and quality banking operations.

Mr Dery further opined that the pursuit of this vision would inure to the benefit of the country as it would lead to widespread growth and opportunities for individuals and businesses within the communities in which they serve.

Speaking at the launch of the Adum branch of the bank, Mr. Sangber-Dery said the bank has placed emphasis on maximising convenience for customers by listening to them in order to have an in-depth appreciation of what their needs and wants are which would enable the bank to fashion appropriate services to suit the specific needs of their customers while ensuring maximum convenience.

“We are of the firm conviction that convenience is the key to success in this endeavour and it gives customers the time, space and freedom to explore and grow their businesses thereby achieving their personal and business goals” he added.

He stated that the hallmark of the Bank is ‘trust’ and thus the bank and all its operatives are fully devoted to justifying the trust reposed in them by their cherished customers.

The Launch of the Adum Branch brings to two the number of branches in Kumasi with Suame-Magazine being the Bank's maiden branch in the Garden City.

As part of the Bank's commitment towards ensuring maximum convenience for customers, all branches of the Bank across the country offer extended banking hours from 8am to 6pm.
