Ghana participates in Investment Exhibition

Ghana is participating in the on-going Exhibition code named Investments in Côte d'Ivoire (ICI) 2014, which has attracted over 3,000 investors across the globe to Abidjan.

Mr Alexander Adadzawa, Head of Marketing and Promotion at the Ghana Export Promotion Authority (GEPA) said Ghana’s exhibition included non-traditional export products such as kasapreko products, cocoa products, cooking utensils, cosmetics, and kente clothes.

He said the exhibition would afford the GEPA the opportunity to showcase some of the non-traditional export products from Ghana in order to woo them to Ghana.

Mr Adadzawa who said this in an interview with the Ghana News Agency in Abidjan said GEPA’s aim of participating in the ICI 2014 was to look for prospective investors, adding that a product like Kasapreko was a household word in Cote d’Ivoire.

He lauded the Ivorian government for the success in the organisation of the ICI 2014.
