A recent report published by AnTuTu, a popular benchmark apps for Android devices, ranked the leading 10 smartphones by performance in the first quarter of 2015. a. Antutu tests many parts of your device and assigns an overall score. The findings from the report are quite interesting, as the Galaxy S6 and the Galaxy S6 Edge emerged top scorers in the chart.
The unequaled looks coupled with top-notch specs are features that made the newest members of Samsung’s Galaxy line of phones an impressive one, beating several Android phones for 2015.
From AnTuTu’s study, the Galaxy S6 was the better version of the Galaxy pair after it scored 67,520 points on the chart while the curved Galaxy model also referred to as Galaxy S6 Edge secured a score of 62,373 points, placing second.
The team at AnTuTu prepared two other interesting charts – one detailing the chipset split in the top 10, and another reporting on the aggregated average scores achieved by any of the 5 chipsets in terms of GPU performance.
