GSE index in marginal gain

Accra, Aug. 3, GNA - The Ghana Stock Exchange made a slight recovery on Friday with the GSE All-Share Index, the main market indicator, going up a marginal 1.08 points to close at 4,884.37 points. Change for the year-to-date is still in the red standing at -28.16 per cent.

There were no losers. The only gainer during the session was SG-SSB, which went up by 20 cedis to close at 7,550 cedis. Shares traded were 226,100 compared to 89,000 on Thursday. Market capitalisation was 91,875.92 billion cedis.
