GSE-All Share marks time

Accra, April 9, GNA - The Accra bourse on Thursday slipped again in dull trading that characterised the week, as bearish sentiments continued to dominate.

The GSE All-Share Index, the benchmark measure of performance of the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE), went down by 5.78 points to end the session at 8,985.23 points from Wednesday's 8,991.01 points. Change for the year to date also slipped at -13.87 per cent from -13.81 per cent and market capitalisation was down at GH¢17,856.58 from GH¢17,860.79 million.

Shares that changed hands rose to 11,400 from Wednesday's close of 3,200 shares.

On the broader market, there was one price change, a GH¢0.02 loss of UT at GH¢0.24.
