G&J Tech. Service Goes 24 Hours

G&J Technical Services Limited, a leading generator service provider and supplier, has announced that from November it would offer 24-hour support service for clients.

“We have put measures in place to offer 24-hour support for our customers. We are putting technicians on stand-by to respond to emergency situations,” Godfrey Asiedu, Managing Director of G&J Technical Services, said this at the inauguration of another office complex in Accra.

The edifice, located on the Mortuary Road at Abossey Okai, Accra, would serve as workshop and offices for the company.

Mr. Asiedu said apart from Accra and Kumasi, G&J Technical Services would set up another office in Takoradi in January 2013 to serve the needs of the western corridor.

He said in order to enhance customer service, well-trained technicians would be provided with motorbikes with emergency kits to respond to emergency situations.

“We now have a decent office space. We want to support our customers the way they deserve. They believe in us and we do not want to let them down.”

Mr. Asiedu said they are providing services for major hotels, financial institutions and state agencies and want to expand to support national development.

Micheal James Aidoo, Director of Operations of G&J Technical Services, said the company had become the preferred generator supplier and service provider because it placed emphasis on customer care.
