French delegation in Ghana to explore opportunities

A French trade delegation is presently in the country to explore business opportunities.

They are being led by French Minister for Foreign Trade, Nicole Bricq.

The delegation will hold meetings with the Trade Minister and officials of the Ghana Investment Promotion Center.

The Foreign Trade Minister will also participate in French company Technip’s one year anniversary celebrations with the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation.

There are presently more than 60 French companies in Ghana. They include Societe Generale, CFAO Motors and Air Liquide.

French Ambassador, Frederic Clavier earlier said French businesses are contributing immensely to the economic growth of the country.
