Free Zones CEO wins governing party’s parliamentary primaries
Michael Okyere Baafi, Chief Executive Officer of the Free Zones Authority
The Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana Free Zones Board, Mr Michael Okyere Baafi, has won the parliamentary primaries of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the New Juabeng South Constituency to enable him contest in the December general elections.
He won against the incumbent MP and chair of the Finance Committee of Parliament, Dr Mark Assibey-Yeboah.
The elections were held on Saturday June 20.
