The immediate past President of Association of Ghana Industries (AGI) and Chancellor of Heritage Christian University College, Amasaman, James Asare-Adjei has graduated from the SBS Swiss Business School, Switzerland with a Doctorate in Business Administration(DBA).
Dr. James Asare-Adjei studied at the Nobel International Business School, a center of the Swiss Business School in Accra, Ghana.
Dr. James Asare-Adjei is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Asadtek Group Limited, a major kitchenware and roofing products manufacturing factory, as well as real estate company located in Tema, Ghana.
He holds a BSc Engineering degree from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing (C.I.M – U.K), MBA (University of Central England, U.K), Master of Applied Business Research (SBS Swiss Business School, Switzerland).
He also has a long-standing academic experience as a Lecturer in International Marketing and Strategic Marketing Management at the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Ghana (Senior Managers Programme) at Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).
Dr. Asare-Adjei is a former member of the Advisory Boards of the Ministry of Energy and Petroleum, Ministry of Trade & industry and Former Advisory Board Member of Ghana Infrastructure Investment Fund (GIIF). He represented Industry on the National Economic Forum Implementation Group (Senchi Consensus).
He is a former member of the Advisory Board of Institute of Statistical, social and Economic Research (ISSER), Legon, University of Ghana. He has once been the National Secretary of Chartered Institute of Marketing, Ghana (C.I.M.G).
Dr. Asare-Adjei worked as Manpower Development Manager with several years of progressive experience in Capacity Building, Human Resource Management and General Management.
Dr. Asare-Adjei is a member of the Church of Christ and is married with three children.
