FBNBank gets financial services closer to customers

In an effort to bring financial services closer to customers, the FBNBank Ghana has commissioned its new Kaneshie branch in a bigger, ultra-modern space.

This is deemed to enable the bank provide better financial services to customers.

At the commissioning, Mrs. Hannah Brenda Amoateng, Board Member of FBNBank Ghana Limited said, “we always put our stakeholders, employees, customers and communities at the heart of the FBNBank business and everything we do is with the aim of meeting the needs of our different stakeholder groups and providing value, meaning and opportunities for them.”

Indeed, this forms part of our strategy to bring financial services closer than ever to our customers, Mrs. Amoateng stated.

The commissioning signals the Bank’s desire to make its products and services available to customers while at the same time, expanding their presence in the country so as to meet the increasing financial solutions needs of individuals and businesses.

“While we recognize that most banks and financial institutions are focused on driving the digital agenda, we do not lose sight of the fact that there should also be comfortable touch points for our clients who occasionally need to physically interact with us,” Mr. Victor Yaw Asante, Managing Director of FBNBank Ghana Limited said.
