In a bid to retain its position in Ghana, senior managers of Ecobank are embarking on an executive service campaign.
The campaign is taking the senior managers to selected branches to work as tellers and provide other services in the banking halls.
The visit is enabling the managers to have a better insight into the operations of the banking halls.
It is also providing an opportunity for management to enhance the relationship with their customers.
Head of Customer Service Quality, Reverend Mrs. Patricia Sappor who was at the Osu branch of the bank explains to XYZ BUSINESS “it’s just simply to get closer to our customers to interact with them to get them to have that kind of experience they always enjoy with the bank."
She added that the bank’s quest is to improve customer relationship that will be win-win for all.
Executive Director of Ecobank George Mensah Asante also told XYZ Business management will consider proposals from customers for improved services.
Ecobank is presently listed on the Ghana Stock Exchange trading at 4 Ghana Cedis four pesewas per share.
