Devtraco Plus outdoors new development called NoVA

Real estate developer, Devtraco Plus have launched their new plush and affordable apartment called NoVA at a short ceremony held in Accra on Thursday.

The ceremony was graced by investors and clients alike.
NoVA which is located in the heart of Roman Ridge, Accra is the latest and seventh development built by Devtraco Plus and it’s only a 10 minutes’ drive from the Kotoka International Airport.

The Nova is a mix suit apartment which has a studio, 1, 2, 3 bedrooms plus it has retail shops available at the ground floor which includes laundry, sky bar, pharmacy, conference center, spa, gym among others. The new development also features an international branded hotel which extends customer services to clients living in the apartments.

The NoVA apartment is selling at $85,000 with the maximum price selling at $270,000 and the payments have been spread up to 30 months.

Eugene Birikorang, Sales and Marketing Manager at Devtraco Plus explained that “the NoVA is the perfect experience because it takes away the stress of having to drive out of town, plus decent and serene environment adds up to the best storage of your money.”

He also added that investors who dedicate their wealth in their development have a higher chance of making valuable returns compared to other real estates in Ghana and across the world.

“What we are saying is that if you got about $10,000 its best to invest it in NoVA than to buy a treasury bill from a bank or open a saving account.”

Whiles advising investors to come on board, the CEO of Devtraco Plus, Joseph Aidoo Jnr said the NoVA development was built at the perfect time considering the number of developments the company has brought to existence.

“The timing is right Ghana needs the development that we can afford and this is the right development, we’ve been around for 25 years and we have consistently delivered good product at the right price.”

He also added that, “the new vision is the NoVA apartment which cost about $50,000,000 to build the hotel and residence which includes hospitality.

The event was attended by dignitaries who included the Black Stars Captain Asamoah Gyan who has also invested a lot into the Ghanaian economy as well as the special guest, Yoofi Grant Chief Executive Officer of Ghana Investment Promotion Centre.
