DEG partners Israeli's Intelitek to promote Ghana's education

:Set to host Special School Conference on Friday

The Digital Education Group (DEG), Parent Company of E-toys & More, EasySchoolFind and Schoolboxplus has sealed a partnership deal with Intelitek, a subsidiary of the Robo Group based in Israel.

The deal is aimed at helping both partners to explore, facilitate as well as enhance the technical and practical advancement of the educational sector of the country.

According to George Sackey, CEO of the Digital Education Group, the partnership was necessary since it will not only increase Ghana's range of schools' solutions but will seek to also offer to schools' and educators the best form of technological products including E- Science Labs.

He added that the move will champion the introduction and development of robotics into the educational sector of the country. Mr. Sackey further hinted of an upcoming special schools conference slated to be held in Accra on Friday 22nd May, 2015 at the Golden Tulip Hotel where a delegation from the Intelitek Israel is expected to participate in the conference. The event, which is aimed at targeting schools across the country will focus on programs which include; Human Capital Development in schools, Developing e-learning and virtual classrooms in schools, Provision of e-science labs in schools, The role of Robotics in modern education amongst others, he stressed. On his part, Yoram Doitch, Chairman of the Robo Group, in his remarks expressed the belief that Intelitek will replicate its successful story in education across Europe and United States, in West Africa and the rest of Africa at large.
