Clifton Homes wins at prestigious Clifton International Property Awards

Clifton Homes has won the title of Best Apartments, Africa, at the prestigious International Property Awards 2014-2015 held in association with Rolls-Royce Motor Cars.

Clifton Homes competed against a host of leading real estate developers in the region to win the award for their most recent development, The Gallery, which is currently under construction at Tetteh Quarshie.

Successful entrants were invited to attend a high-profile gala and presentation dinner at the Madinat Jumeirah Hotel, Dubai in December where the official announcements were made. Clifton Homes was awarded both “Best Apartment – Ghana” and “Best Apartment – Africa”, both for The Gallery.

Entrants were judged not only on the quality of the development’s architectural design and facilities, but on the entire proposition including price point and customer support.

“We are delighted that The Gallery has received this prestigious international recognition,” said George Moffet CEO of Clifton Homes.

“Our design team have created a fresh, light-filled development centred around tranquil manicured gardens. In addition I expect The Gallery will have scored highly given the competitive price points and central location.”

The long established International Property Awards is recognised throughout the global real estate industry, and its distinctive logo seen as a symbol of excellence.

The Awards’ judging panel consists of over 70 highly respected experts from all over the world and is chaired by three active members of the UK House of Lords: Lord Caithness, Lord Best and Lord Courtown.

Stuart Shield, president of the International Property Awards, says, “Once again the competition has been very keen and brought the very best of Africa’s property professionals to the fore.”
