Capemay Properties to construct Shiashie road with launch of ‘The Signature’ apartments

The skyline of Ghana’s capital city, Accra is set to witness a major revolution with the unveiling of ‘The Signature’ by Capemay Properties Limited, a subsidiary of Kasapreko Company Limited.

As the first ever luxury apartments of Capemay Properties, the 209-room apartments’ project is developed for the business and working class at affordable prices and flexible payment terms.

Launching The Signature at a colourful ceremony attended by top-notch business owners, celebrities and journalists in Accra, Managing Director of Capemay Properties Limited, Eunice Adjei-Bonsu disclosed plans to construct the Shiashie road and provide streetlights in the community.

This she believes, will enable tenants live in their homes without fear and move around the community deprived of security issues irrespective of the time of the day.

“The Signature will pursue designs, forms and means to give you something different from the usual apartments that we have in Ghana. We have also decided to construct the Shiashie road and provide streetlights so that residents feel safe to go on a walk at night. That is also a way of giving back to the community,” she noted.

While stressing Capemay’s ultimate objective of providing quality homes at affordable price to its customers, Eunice Adjei-Bonsu also persuaded investors to take advantage of the Signature project and invest in Ghana’s real estate industry.

She is confident investors will receive good proceeds on their investments in The Signature apartment, adding that “the returns will be fantastic”
