CAMELOT Ghana Limited makes new appointments

Accra, March 10, GNA - The Board of Directors of CAMELOT Ghana Limited has appointed Dr Sam Mensah as the Chairman of the Board with effect from February 14, 2004.

Dr Mensah is a financial economist and investment-banking consultant. He is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of SEM Financial Development and Economic Planning, and the African Capital Markets Forum. A Press Release issued in Accra on Wednesday said, Mr John Colin Villars has also been appointed by the Board as the Managing Director of Camelot Security Solutions Limited (CSSL) in Nigeria, with effect from February 14, 2004.

Mr Villars has been the Executive Director for Business Development for the past five years.

"He has been key in driving the company's business strategy and export development programme and will drive the vision and strategy of CSSL".

Furthermore, the Board has appointed Mr John Teophilus Warmann as the Chairman of the Board of Camelot Security Solution Limited (CSSL) in Nigeria with effect from February 14.

Mr Warmann is a member of the Board of Directors of Camelot Ghana Limited. He is the West Africa Representative for the International Consultant and Managing Partner of JTW Limited, a private consulting firm.
