Best Western Premier to champion Int’l service standards

Best Western Premier Accra Airport Hotel has expressed its resolve to offer international standard service as it marks its 5th anniversary.

This was made known at the launch of their 5th Anniversary, on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at the hotel premises, at the Airport Residential Area.

According to the hotel management, Best Western Premier Accra Airport Hotel , which is a member of one of the largest hotel chains in the world, is poised to maintain its leadership in the hotel industry by offering guests’ exceptional customer satisfaction and individualized care.

At the launch of the 5th anniversary was John Dumelo, the hotel’s Brand Ambassador and other managers to unveil activities that will mark the celebrations.

In an interview, the Sales and Marketing Manager, Emmanuel Ato Silva Quaye, said the hotel is excited by this feat.

He noted that, “we feel happy about what we have achieved over the last five years and we look forward to more years of service excellence and sustainable growth.”

The Deputy General Manager, Mr. Iddrisu Yamusah also hinted that the hotel will continue to focus on delivering world class service to their guests.

Some of the activities for the anniversary include exciting discounts on the hotel’s products and services, health walk, staff and partners appreciation, thanksgiving night, donation to a Senior High School and many others.

The hotel was adjudged the Best Four Star Hotel of the Year in 2014 by the Ghana Tourism Authority as a signal of superior service performance, good governance and competitive strength.

It has also been recently adjudged as the “Top Hotel Brand in Customer Service and Comfort” by Premier Brands, a local brands specialist organization.

Best Western Premier Accra Airport started operations in May, 2010. The hotel is privately owned by locals with Franchise sought from BW international, headquartered in the USA.
